We survived our first year of marriage!

Friday was our first anniversary- we made it! I can't believe that its been one year. It has gone by so fast- we've had quite an eventful year. We've lived in 3 different states, bought a house, added a new member to our family, and were able to travel to lots of different places. We've also grown so much closer and I am so grateful to have Jonny as my husband. He is such a hard worker but has quite a soft side to him (even though he tries to not let people see it). I'm so excited to continue the rest of our journey in life with jonny- he is the greatest husband!

To celebrate our special day we went on a cruise. It was so much fun. It was nice to get away one last time before we start the summer in chicago. The summer is Jonny's crunch time for work and since its hard for him to get time off we thought we'd take advantage of the last chance for a trip. We stopped at Catalina. It was beautiful. We rented a golf cart and drove it around the island. Jonny in front of the REX night club on the ship. RarrrOur last stop was Ensendada. Jonny loves this place. He is so good at bargaining with the store people. We went to La Bufadora (the blowhole) and did some quality shopping.

When we got home Friday night we had the top of our wedding cake that we had froze. It was actually still pretty good. We were really surprised! We took lots of pictures and cut it just like at our reception because we didn't get any pictures of it!

Jonny surprised me and had flowers waiting at home for me. Isn't he the best?!

I was so excited to get home to little Cubbers! This was the best pictures we could get with him!
