BYU Women's Conference

My Mom, aunts, and Grandma used to go to Women's Conference every year. My Mom hasn't been in a few years. But this year we decided to go, it was my first year. It was a lot of fun. We went full out and even stayed in the dorms... luckily we were only there one night....My mom and I shared a dorm with my Aunt Rita and their old college roommate, Nancy.

Here we are with my beautiful cousin Rebecca and her adorable baby, we call baby Jack.

One morning we woke up to snow! Yes, snow in April. Luckily it quickly melted and turned into rain. This was us walking to our class from the dorm.
Alex Boye was did a performance one night and the next day was meeting fans in the bookstore. At first we didn't want to wait in line to meet him..... so we stood in the back and got our picture the less formal way. We didn't realize until after we were done that we were in the back of other people's pictures with him too.... whoops.
Then finally we decided we'd made big enough fools of ourselves and decided to just get a picture.

After spending a few days in Utah we ventured down to Arizona to stay with my Grandma for a few days. It was SO nice and relaxing. I loved the warm weather, especially when it was still 90 degrees at 10:00 at night. We spent a lot of time at the pool!

We went to the temple one morning, its a pretty place!
Of course I couldn't go to Gilbert without visiting one of my best friends, Robin. It was so good to see her, I always have so much fun with her. And you know we went shopping.... and ate some good food.

I have always wanted to try SPrinkles cupcakes... and we finally did. They were yummy, all that Oprah says they are.
